Eligibility Requirements:
- South African citizenship
- Grade 12 certificate and tertiary qualification (undergraduate or postgraduate)
- No plans for tertiary studies or formal employment in 2025
- No prior learnership experience
- Willingness to reside in Johannesburg for the duration of the programme
